72 Boot Camp Empire Building Tips

To ME, success means Freedom, LOVING my family, and giving my little girls the Daddy that I never had growing up.

Having multiple six-figure boot camps run by other trainers was the first time I EVER experienced that full throttle.

And I'll tell ya what, once I got a taste of THAT life, I knew that I could NEVER go back.

No doubt all this didn't happen by accident, and I'm no genius or anything like that...

But here's what I did.

It worked for me, and it can work for YOU too.

1.  Give 10X’s more value then your clients pay for.

2. Have “referral tools” in your arsenal like my little magic plastic gift cards.

3.  Use a risk reversal, like try fro free for one week… And a 30 day unconditional, no questions asked guarantee.   (By the way, for the one week free, get their CC the first day and tell them should they choose to stay on board then do nothing and you will automatically debit their card in a week)

4.  Be able to duplicate and replicate your boot camp.

5.  Train people for six months for a small one time fee ($299) in return for them referring you clients (Human Billboard Marketing)

6.  Be a “YOU” person, not a “ME” person.

7.  Appreciate each one of your clients, EVERY time you see them!

8.  Use Auto debit (EFT)

9.  Find an indoor facility for your boot camps like a cheer leading facility, gymnastics facility or a stand-alone building.

10.  Have referral contests and provide referral tools like my magic plastic gift cards.

11.  Use referral incentives like giving your clients half off their next month fees for each friend they refer who signs up.

12.  Read the “4 Hour Work Week” by Tim ferriss

13.  Have high energy music at your boot camps.

14.  Advertise on craigs list daily in the 6 hot spots (Beauty, therapeutic, activities, classes, lessons, and general)

15.  Have TONS of testimonials (with pictures!!)

16.  Make sure your “city” and “Boot Camp” - "personal trainer" in "city" are in your title tag of your website.

17.  Raise your ENERGY!

18.  Now raise your energy EVEN MORE!

19.  Read the book "Crush It"

20.  Surround your self with people SMARTER than you.

The Boot Camp Accountability Formula

Hey Steve!

Here's my Attendance Accountability Agreement I told you about on facebook.

This came about for a couple reasons:

1. Something I hear ALL the time from people is "I need motivation"

Aaaaand...

2. I absolutely HATE all the bullshit excuses people come up with for why they

"don't have time to work out!"

So this little formula addresses both of those issues, it definitely helps motivate

people to keep showing up to class AND it makes them think a lot harder about

their excuses and makes them schedule their plans around their workout rather

than schedule their workout around their plans

There's a couple ways you can do it.

The easiest way is if you have some kind of software that tracks your member's attendance, or you can do what I like to call "the ghetto way"

It's basically just a role sheet spreadsheet for each week with every member on it and I require them to check in each class.

But either way works.

My fee is $4.50, and I charge $95 a month for my memberships which equates to $4.50

a class so their fee is actually the price of the class they missed, BUT since they are

paying for the class anyway, if they miss a class they actually wind up paying DOUBLE

for that class!!!

Hey - It's Monday today which is a PERFECT time for me to give you an GIFT that is gonna change your life.

Here's something that VERY FEW people know about me

When I was six years old, I was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrom.

Ya, you know the kids who make weird noises and have uncontrollable tics.

It was pretty bad.

And back then, no one really knew what it was, so kids at school and my teachers just thought I was being a bad kid... They didn't know I couldn't control it.

I know it's hard to imagine with the way everyone is "sensitive" and politically correct, but back then, even my teachers would make fun of me...

Theuy just didn't understand.

And I really don't blame them, they just didn't know, plus I had such bad A.D.D. that I was a huge handful to deal with.

The good news is that about 70% of kids with Tourette's grow out of it at about age 16 or 17 and luckily I was one of those kids who did.

Truthfully, if you're around me long enough, and if I'm REALLY comfortable,with you, you may notice a few symptoms... But not much.

But I'm SO GRATEFUL THAT I WENT THROUGH THAT.

I don't regret it because it's the reason I'm the person that I am today.

I KNOW that's the reason I am so compassionate towards other people and why I appreciate my friends to no end.

But I was able to DREAM BIG and make it happen, and here's why YOU will too.

What YOU have in your life is 100% directly related to YOUR MINDSET.

You can know ALL the fitness marketing strategies in the world, but if you have the WRONG MINDSET it wont matter.

In fact, you can know very little about business building, but with the RIGHT MINDSET you can BLOW UP HUGE and literally build a fitness empire.

That's exactly what happened to me at the beginning...

When I had my first fitness studio and made my first $800k a year, it was with ZERO traditional marketing... JUST MINDSET.

Ever Seen An 80 Year Old Trainer?

I know you LOVE to train clients.

It's your passion, your calling, what you were put on this earth for.

I know how you feel because I feel the same way.

Training clients and changing lives is what I did, and I did it DAMNED GOOD TOO.

I STILL love helping people get in the best shape of their life even if right now it's just my staff, my wife and my 17 year old football player neighbor.

BUT...

When I had my first little girl, I remember leaving before she woke up and getting home after she was asleep.

I would go days without spending daddy-daughter time.

WTF - Was I going to be one of THOSE fathers... The one's I swore I would never be like - EVER!

Sure, money was great, it was rolling in like a tidal wave, but I had a hole in my heart.

And on top of that, now that I had a little girl depending on me, I thought, "what if I get hurt and cant train... Then what?"

My heart sunk, I suddenly felt claustrophobic and tapped.

Like I was a mouse on a wheel or something.

Plus, what happened when I turned 50, 60, 70, 80?

Would I HAVE to train forever?

Like I said, I LOVE training... It's my PASSION, but I wanted to do it ON MY TERMS.

NOT because I had to, but because I WANTED to.

So that's why I've developed my proven Phase-Out Freedom Formula.

Of course you're not just going to run ANY referral contest.

You're going to run the RIGHT referral contest.

Aaaand, as I'm sure you've guessed, I'm gonna give you the step-by-step blue print.

I call what I'm about to show you "The Simultaneous Referral Contest" and it proven to deliver some pretty mind blowing results...
