Here's how to build in coming back links.
Just so you know, here is what a "keyword Optimized" article is.
If the keyword phrase you are optimizing is “Chino Hills personal training”, then the headline of the article would look something like this:
Discover the top 3 weight loss secrets used by Chino Hills personal training experts
Note: If the headline or title of the article sounds to “pitchy” or “salesy” then they may be rejected when they are submitted)
Then the phrase "Chino Hills personal training" would be peppered into the article at a density of 5-6%. So a thousand-word article would have personal trainer marketing in it 5-6 times.
A little more is fine, as long as it looks natural and organic.
Once the article is written you'll want to read through it, make sure its cool and there's nothing funky with the spelling and grammar and that the keyword has been used and that the density is right on.
Then you'll want to submit it to article sites via:
Isnare.com
EzineArticles.com
SubmitYouArticle.com
Before submitting to these three sites (which in turn distribute the articles to other sites for you) be sure that the byline/resource box at the bottom of each article has two anchored keyword links that go to your site.
Here is a sample HTML code to use in the Article "resource box." If there is no resource box in the article website you're using, you can just paste this at the bottom of your article.
This is a Sample "Resource Box" HTML code:
Steve Hochman is the #1 <a target="_new" href="http://www.fitbodybootcamp.com">personal trainer in Irvine</a> and has been teaching Orange County clients how to lose weight, get toned, and fit into their skinny jeans for over 10 years. Check out his <a target="_new" href="http://www.fitbodybootcamp.com">Irvine personal training</a> here.
1. Now open a new tab in your web browser (or a new window) and copy and paste this URL into it: http://www.jmarshall.com/easy/html/testbed.html
2. If you copy and paste the above Sample "Resource Box" HTML code into it, this is what you will see (and this is what online viewers would see):
Steve Hochman is the #1 personal trainer in Irvine and has been teaching Orange County clients how to lose weight, get toned, and fit into their skinny jeans for over 10 years. Check out his Irvine personal training here.
3. In order to customize your "Resource Box" HTML code, you need to change out the items that are color coded:
Steve Hochman is the #1 <a target="_new" href="http://www.fitbodybootcamp.com">personal trainer in Irvine</a> and has been teaching Orange County clients how to lose weight, get toned, and fit into their skinny jeans for over 10 years. Check out his <a target="_new" href="http://www.fitbodybootcamp.com">Irvine personal training</a> here.
RED = Your personal information.
- Change out "Steve Hochman" for your name.
- Change out "10 years" for how many years you've been in the fitness industry, or you can completely take out "for over 10 years" if you don't want to include this.
Green = Your Location
- Change out "personal trainer in Irvine" for "personal trainer in (your city)"
- And change out "Irvine personal training" for "(your city) personal training"
- Change out "Orange County" for your general area. (In our case, since Irvine is small and Orange County is the name of our general area, we used "Orange County" instead of "Irvine" here.
BLUE = Your links.
- The links you use should be the ones you want to drive the most traffic to. This might be your main website, or if might be a blog or sales squeeze page or Facebook page or YouTube video.
- There should be TWO links in every resource box code, and the links should go to DIFFERENT websites.
4. Once you change all of that out, test your HTML by copying and pasting into the same test site: http://www.jmarshall.com/easy/html/testbed.html
5. Once you get the process, you need to create several HTML codes and change out the GREEN phrases. Here are the phrases you should use:
- personal trainer in (your city)
- (your city) personal trainer
- personal training in (your city)
- (your city) personal training
- boot camp in (your city)
- (your city) boot camp
- (your city) fitness boot camp
- fitness boot camp in (your city)
- personal fitness trainer in (your city)
- (your city) personal fitness training
- fitness trainer (city)
- (city) fitness trainer
- bootcamp (city)
- (city) bootcamp
- (city) weight loss center
- gym (city)
- (city) gym
- (city) health club
- health club (city)
6. Now, I recommend testing all of your HTML codes with the test site again: http://www.jmarshall.com/easy/html/testbed.html
Now you have all of your "Resource Box" HTML codes 🙂
When you submit your articles to the three article sites, divide them amongst the sites as described below.
3 - from SubmitYourArticle.com
3 - from Isnare.com
4 - at EzineArticles.com

*******
Hey "name"
I really need your help with something...I know you
are extremely busy but I promise this won't take up your time.
We've just started asking for reviews of our fitness workouts on all the local online directories. (google places, etc)
By having these reviews is positions our fitness program as the place to be!
But the best part is it will give us the opportunity to be featured on daily discount sites such as Groupon, Social buy, etc.
This would help us tremendously =)
It will take only 15 minutes to write a review of our program and go to Google, copy and paste your review.
It would mean the world to us if you could take about 20 (note: we are always looking to increase our web presence so in the future we may ask you to add your review to additional sites)
1. Google places: Your Website
(put your Google place page link here)
Some of the questions you should consider when crafting your review are…
1. What is your overall feeling about “Your Website”
2. Would you recommend us to others?
3. What's the #1 benefit you’ve received from training with us?
4. What specific results have you received as a client of ours?
5. What differentiates us from the other trainer down the street?
6. How was your health before training with us?
7. What have you tried before coming to see us? (Diets, pills, potions, at home workout programs (DVD’s, P90X, Shake Weight, Ab Lounge), other gyms/trainers, etc.)
8. Describe your fun workout experience.
Please use a few keywords in your review. By using “Keywords,” you’re helping people find us easier. Examples of keywords you should include are:
1. Boot camp
2. Boot camps
3. Bootcamp
4. Personal training
5. Personal trainer
6. Fitness
7. Health clubs
8. Gyms
9. Put Your City Here
Important Notes:
1. Be honest in your review.
2. Don’t overuse keywords in your review.
3. If you’re not a great writer and would like us to review your
testimonial before you post it simply email it to us at “fill in your email here”
Thank you so much!!!
