Why It’s cool to think BIG Like Starbucks

Posted by on September 1, 2009 at 1:12 am

picture-201Ya know how Starbucks is EVERYWHERE and EVERYONE knows about it?

Well it all started with a thought... An idea... A dream

Here is the Startbucks original mission statement:

"To establish Starbucks as the premier purveyor of the finest coffees in the world while maintaining our uncompromising principles as we grow."

The keyword here is GROW.

And the dude who founded Starbucks, Howard Schultz,  knew all about that.

FILES-JAPAN-US-STARBUCKS-FORBES-SCHULTZHere is a quote about what makes him tic:

"I wanted to be in charge of my own destiny," says Howard Schultz. "It may be a weakness in me: I'm always wondering what I'll do next. Enough is never enough."

Now that's a dude that who was thinking BIG.

But why can't this be you... WHY?

71 Tips To Massive Success

Posted by on July 8, 2009 at 12:55 am

I'm gonna tell ya one hell-of-a CRAZY storyeeeeee

But first, I'm gonna tell you something kinda embarrassing, but it's the TRUTH.

And to be honest, I don't think I'd be who I am today if I didn't go through it.

You see, up until I was 23, I had the hardest time making friends, had no business or job, low self esteem, homeless... Basically, I was down and out BIG TIME.

But the strange thing was that I had moments of VICTORY... Moments of UNSTOPPABLE SUCCESS.

Like when I set a goal to get an athletic scholarship to the #1 ranked school in the nation... AND I FRIGGIN DID IT - Even though 99% of the people around me told me I was crazy, I was dreaming too big... I DID IT.

eee Or when I set a goal to bench press 475 lbs... I freaking did it.
(I don't do anything even close to that know :-D)

But I also had huge failures, like losing my athletic scholarship... And not being respected by my peers... (I didn't deserve it at the time)

But all that changed when I stumbled upon m first mentor.

He was a 50 year old crazy Vietnam vet turned successful multiple business owner named Travis Mayfield.  This guy is one of the scariest, and most honest and cool dudes you'll ever meet.

His nicknamed is 3-Dog cuz he got 2 of his fingers blown off in a boobie trap... Then after killing up a bunch of VC for some payback, he was evacuated in a chopper... Then the chopper was blown outta the sky by an RPG (rocket propelled grenade).  A bunch of shrapnel got blasted into his eyes and when he finally fought his way back to the base, he was blind for 6 months.

A couple of years ago, he had a heart attack and was back to work the next day!  (who does that?!)

Not only that, for the last 10 years, he calls me at 2:30am EVERY MORNING to leave me a motivational pump up message.

I've even seen him workout with broken ribs. (I told you he's one crazy dude)

Travis is an EXPERT in mental toughness and using your mind, to create your reality.

He has a rule... NEVER say or think the word can't or try.

This dude was my FIRST TRUE MENTOR and he CHANGED MY LIFE.wwe

He got me to read some of the most influential books of my life like, How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Who Moved My Cheese, The Power of Intention by Dr Wayne Dyer, The Greatest Salesman in the World by OG Mandino and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.

And that's when it happened.

That's when I became CONSISTENTLY successful.

So now it's my turn to pass on my knowledge so that YOU can be CONSISTENTLY SUCCESSFUL.

Here are 71 tips to MASSIVE SUCCESS

1. Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.

2. Write down your goals.

3. Don't talk about the problem, talk about the solution.

4. Be a YOU person, not a ME person.

5. Give to get

6. Be genuinely interested in people

7. It's better to make 1000 mistakes than do zero things perfect.

How To Get A Free 60-Minute Coaching Call With Me

Posted by on June 22, 2009 at 8:32 am

p43-1I'm gonna tell you about how to get a free 60 minute coaching call with me in just a minute.

(My coaching clients usually make $6,279 within 1 week after the first call from one secret that I give them)

But first I want you to know how FRIGGIN COOL it was at FBS09 to meet so many peeps that made boat loads of cash-o-la form my blog.

One girl made 24k in two weeks with one of my tips... That was AWESOME 😀

Seriously, my #1 passion in life, besides being a daddy and husband, is helping fitness professionals make TONS of MULLA.

It's like an addiction... I literally get a high from it.

(Is that weird? Cuz I was on a lot of ADD meds as a kid and I think it messed with my brain a little)

So here's how to get a free 60 Minute
coaching call with me...

p43-2Leave a comment with exactly how my blog has helped you to over come an obstacle and make more money.

Be very specific...
What were you struggling with?

What was the tip, tactic or strategy that you applied?

Exactly how much money did you make?
How long did it take?

The blog is great, but there's nothing like one-on-one live mentoring.

After you leave your detailed comment, my assistant Ariel will contact you and set up your coaching call.

I can't wait to read your success story!

Talk to ya soon

Vaporizing Fear And Doubt

Posted by on June 17, 2009 at 8:24 pm

p42-2

p42-1I had to cut that video a little short cuz I heard my 2 year old crying upstairs.

But this is WAY important for NEVER having to put up with FEAR and DOUBT again... Ever.

Ok, so have you ever REALLY wanted to achieve something but were overcome with fear and all the reasons why it WOULD'NT work...

Well, the good news is, I'm gonna to show you exactly how to EASILY make those feelings PISS OFF.

Here's how it works...

There's a part of your brain called the cyber cybernetic mechanism (I know, big word for a guy who was in special ed)

Every time this part of your brain senses "change" it sends powerful hormones to make you feel fear and doubt.

p42-3And because your sub-conscious mind cannot tell the difference between a thought and reality... If you even think about success, it sends those crappy hormones.

Well, that was cool when we were cavemen, but now it just sucks.

But the GOOD NEWS is you can totally "shut it off"

You see, since your mind can't tell the different between your thoughts and reality, you can totally trick your brain by visualizing.

In other words... When you visualize yourself achieving your goals... And do it with GREAT EMOTION (very important) your brain thinks it's your reality.

So when you actually start taking steps towards achieving it... Your mind can't tell that your environment's changing...

The 2 Biggest Solutions to the 1,000 Biggest Mistakes People Make in Copywriting

Posted by on June 12, 2009 at 8:41 pm

Guest post by David Tendrich (My little bro)

But before you read this AMAZING post and instantly become a better "cash pulling" sales copy writer...Check out this footage of what happened when the Hochman's and the Keuilian's went to San Diego

p41-2

Now read this...

p41-1Nope, no typo in the title....

These truly are 2 solutions to 1, 000 mistakes. Actually, it's probably way more mistakes than that, because people make these mistakes so many times throughout one individual website that when you add'em all up, it's probably closer to like . . . 1, 005.

And it's these 2 solutions that determine if all of the copy you're writing from the first word you put down is going to be on the right track, or on, well, the only other option, the wrong track?

p41-31. The most important thing in copywriting...

Here are the most important things you need in copywriting:

  • A brain. Preferably a human brain.
  • I'm not really sure where I'm going with this. I don't really have a list of 3 things
  • I might be out of my mind

I'm almost certain that the most important thing in copywriting is being able to "Connect to whoever is reading what you wrote". And what's the best way to do that?

p41-4I find it's to talk to your audience....

This sounds simple, but it's so powerful. The key word there is "talk." Pretend you're actually talking to your audience!

If you were in a face-to-face conversation, what would you say to sell your business?

Here's a simple exercise...

Evil Fitness And Boot Camp Marketing

Posted by on June 6, 2009 at 9:18 pm

Guest post by Leanne Ellington

p39-1Dude my girl Leanne Ellington is on a friggin ROLL so I just had to share this "Hitting the nail on the head" guest post with you... (I know she just did a guest post a week ago, but this is the SHIZNIT)

Enjoy -

One of the most powerful teaching modes out there is to simply learn from other people's experiences-whether good or bad. You can learn a lot by watching how others execute tasks, mingle with their inner-circle, and manage, micromanage, or even dictate.

After watching one of my most favorite villains time and time again kick-ass, take names, intimidate the crap out of people, and then still inevitably fail, I think we can take away a lot from... Dr. Evil!

Let's take a look at his most memorable action steps...

Gather the World's Most Deadliest Assassins...

p39-2Dr. Evil formed his crew by getting together a group of the finest, most inherently evil, most cunning and ruthless individuals on the planet, and they would take care of his dirty work for him.

He chose these people particularly because he knew that no one else would get the job done properly, efficiently, and according to his precise instructions.

He didn't waste his time or try to save nickels and dimes by getting people half as good. He knew what he wanted, and he went out there and got the best.

Are you messing around with... bonehead staff, subpar employees, negative and pessimistic colleagues and friends, or human billboards that aren't pulling their weight? Do you arm yourself with the best people that are capable of doing thingsp39-3 the way you want them to be done?

Are you involved in masterminds, fitness and boot camp marketing conferences and events, and hanging around people that possess the qualities that you also find important and wish to possess yourself?

If you couldn't answer, "YES" to all these questions, you need to gather your group of "deadly assassins" that can help you get wherever it is you are going after.

You have the choice to hang out with the crème de la crème, the best of the best-that goes for people working for you or with you. Haters, crabs, and life-suckers will only move you backwards. It's as simple as that.
