On another note, I had a blast hanging with my B.B.B.B.B.B.F.F. Bedros at his house for his 5 year old son Andrew, and 3 year old daughter, Chloe's Birthday party.

A couple of Transformers showed up because they needed the kids to help them find the missing Hello Kitty by following the clues that were left behind by the evil kitty nappers.

In the end the Hello Kitty was found and is now safe and sound in Andrews room.

    hey Steve, many thanks for the reply to my question, eye opener, looking at the cost VS amount of clients in a particular training setting ( groups VS one on one),

    Also im not in Austrailia, haha im in UK, United Kingdom, England.
    If u could email me thoughts on any English clients u have here thanks,

    Awesome video again! Even more awesome that you answered my question... thanks so much! Great advice as far as taking them outside the environment to talk to door-mat clients. I've done plenty of talking, digging and prodding, but sometimes still hit a brick wall.

    Hey Steve that was right on time! I had a client this week that bitched through half of the workout and almost ruined the group session. I had to focus on the ones that were working in order to get through it.

    I'm going to have a talk with her on Monday and probably let her go. I can't stand people that try to bring others down!

    You know you are a ROCKSTAR! But, the video doesn't seem to streem correctly, supper annoying. I don't think it's my computer because I was watching a different one earlier without problems. Could it be the format? Just giving you the feedback because it's another awesome idea! YOU ROCK

    Steve- Thank you so much for addressing the problem client! I have one right now who is a drain on the whole group, and I was considering firing her or working with her in more of a one on one basis, but I will try taking her to coffee, and figuring it out so I can make this work for her!

    Hey Steve,
    Thanks for answering my question on organizing! That makes so much sense, I was wasting so much time tracking numbers that I was losing some of my creativity in the workouts. I hired a friend to take care of some of the admin work for me and OH MY GOD! Way worth it! I feel FREE!! I'll be trying out the fit test at the next bootcamp too! Thanks again! YOU ROCK!!
