    Be specific and formulate the plan. I remember when you first told me that. It made a huge difference for me. Even though I knew it, it didn't sink in until I finally heard it from you.

    And if you formulate the plan and are specific your gps will tell you that..."You have arrived at your destination."

    Awesome info brutha.. I learn the white board system from your boot camp formula 5.. I am addicted to my white board now... I love watching the numbers GROW!!!.. I can't believe I went four years as a personal trainer without a GPS... now I feel bad for trainers who aren't using a GPS..
