    Great post Steve. I think we all end up doing things that are not even in our 80% sometimes. I was going to email you actually to do a blog post like this but what would be great is you or even better someone else who is outsourcing or have an assistant, to outline in details which stuff to be outsourced daily and the best way to do that and maybe train your assistant? Stuff like adding new leads to your fitpro, or sending meal plans, or ordering fliers and gift cards, what ever everyone else is doing to be most productive.

    I have an assistant who's main job right now is to find me good Boot Camp locations, arrange meetings, contact magazines, etc. I train her 600$ worth of training per month. I am looking to do the same with someone good/pretty 🙂 to place lead boxes around the city and maintain them for the same deal.....Great post Steve so true, I'm gonna do this on my to do list each night....

    It's so funny Steve, I have been going nuts lately because of the lack of organization. One would think this stuff is common sense, (which it is) but it's great that you bring it up now and then to remind us. Muchisimo gracias amigo!!!

    Hey Zach, assistant and outsourcing stuff consists of EVERYTHING that doesn't have to do with getting new clients and moving your business forward... And even a lot of that can be outsourced... And the cool thing is a good assistant does not need to be taught, they just need to be told... and then they figure it out and create an "alien abduction manual" as they go in case you need to replace them if they get mysteriously abducted by aliens.

    This system works! If you want to make the big bucks as a fitness professional you must transition from "I am a trainer mentality" to I run a training business. Running a training business is all about leveraging, and outsourcing as much as you can.

    Doing your list the night before gives much more clarity, and focus for the following day.
