    Great Video Steve! Forward Projecting and forecasting has become the center of my day. I start every morning with a shower to relax and get my head on straight...Then I take my dry erase marker and write down my goal for the day on the closet mirror so that I can see it all day long. I used to think it sounded silly to do that, but this $hit works!

    PS: I really like the shirt you have on in this video! Can we FBBC owners get the graphics from you so we can print our own locally or do you have a place we can get our own?
