Two lessons from your friend Steve Hochman.
Lesson 1. Stop and take a moment to appreciate your success and how far you've come.
From time to time park outside a crappy and embarrassing place you used to work at (If you've had that experience) and feel the contrast between where you were THEN, from where you are NOW.
Lesson 2. for MAXIMUM CLIENT RETENTION, call your clients every Sunday... EVERY Sunday and get them super pumped for next week.
This one little thing will get clients to stay with you way longer.
