My Personal Six Week Body Transformation
Posted by Steve Hochman on Wed. Jun. 16th, 2010
Ok, try not to laugh too hard at some of my pictures (Especially the one where I look like Zoolander)
So I wanted to share my fitness goal... NO, my fitness commitment with you.
It's definitely time to get serious about leaning out and living super healthy...
So I'm COMMITTING to YOU (The greatest fitness professionals in the world) that over the next six weeks, I'm going to transform my body.
It's so cool that I can feel held accountable by thousands of the most inspirational fitness professionals on the planet 🙂
(As I'm typing this, my stomach is growling from eating way less than I'm used to)
But just like you know that if you do exactly what I say when it comes to fitness marketing you will be living the life of your dreams, I know that by sticking to a strict workout and diet program my body will be transformed after 6 weeks.
And just like when you're building your fitness empire it's really helpful to tell your close friends and mentors what you're going to accomplish so they can hold you accountable, the same goes for getting back in shape.
So here I am letting you know 🙂
Oh, in case you're wondering how I got out of shape...
Well it's weird, as soon as I stopped training, and switch 100% to fitness marketing I started gaining weight.
I guess one of the reasons is because instead of burning hundreds of calories jumping around like a madman while I beat my clients into submission, I found myself in front of my computer all day.
In fact, sometimes I would go for days without even leaving my house.
And because I have such a bad case of A.D.D. I would have to take a work break and walk to the refrigerator about a dozen times an hour.
I guess there is an adjustment period from working on a schedule 8 or 9 hours a day, to having ABSOLUTELY NO SCHEDULE.
But now it's time to get friggin serious... Ya know what I'm saying?
This pic above is pretty embarrassing, but it is what it is right?
One thing I've learned it to that if you constantly evaluate yourself, and if you're completely honest with yourself, then you'll continuously improve.
So... There you have it... The good, the bad and the ugly of Steve.
but by August 1, 2010, come hell or high water, there is going to be another transformation.
I'd REALLY love to know your thoughts.
