    Powerful stuff Steve.

    Walking into a burn center hospital unit or seeing kids with cancer slaps me back into reality real fast if I ever think I even have the right to complain about a "bad" day.

    We have to count ourrselves lucky that we can gain this positive perspective without being on the negative end when unfortunately it's too late...

    Thanks for the great reminder Steve! When things are rough I try to remember people who make $5 a day for 15 hrs of work in poverty-stricken countries, people who've lost limbs or teeth, homes or jobs or loved ones...b/c occasionally we forget how lucky we are...perspective definitely helps! I love the analogy of telling your friend about your 'miseries', that'll help me remember too.

    Steve the issue of Markus and is very poignant and yes I remember you mentioning this in July.

    with regards the bad day this is clearly correct. It reminds me of William Shakespeare "I think therefore I am" also it reminds of of the great Mohammad Ali who kept saying "I am the greatest" and he believed he was the greatest and went on to attract those who helped him go on to be the greatest.

    if anyone is reading this please go on and watch the movie "the secret". I have actually gone to the secret's website and written myself a cheque for £10,000,000 and look at it every day.

    indeed I have gone to http://www.senditcards.com and made myself a card re getting to certain targets and you know what- -it works!
