I can't thank Adam enough for making this video and sharing both his experience and amazing mindset secrets.

Don't know about you, but I froze my butt off just watching that video.

We can all learn HUGE lessons from keeping things in perspective and using mindset secrets like Adam.

Adam Owns Fit Body Boot Camp in Toronto Canada and he is living proof that if you have a dream, and take massive action everyday, you will be unstoppable.

    Yes it can be tough, but it's damn sure worth it after you make it to the top of that ladder.

    Wow man! Nice job. I am up here in Minneapolis where it is -4 and I go running in the AM at about 3:30 outdoors. Now I have something to do instead of thinking about getting through it. Props.

    That's awesome dude... doing it while running will give you insane amounts of energy and focus.

    Create your own Incantation and say it out loud the the rhythm of your running
