    Great video Steve, gonna defo start the thankyou gifts to members in the first few weeks and get our trainers going APE shit!! Might even run a contest like you described the MTV idea with a prize for the trainer that does the most awesome workouts and get the members to vote! Thanks very much

    They then tell me and I implement it

    Hey Steve awesome video!! It's always nice to get a refresher on valuable information...one Lil side note...during ur older videos we can't hear you over the music...but the most important info was heard 🙂

    This is a super good post Steve. ALL very valuable tips for boot camp operators and trainers in general. I definitely like the "be the rock star" mentality with running your boot camp sessions.
