This was one totally INSANE interview with the undisputed king fitness business, Bedros Keuilian!

Bedros happens to be one of my best buds in the whole world, in-fact, we even go on man-dates together once a month. (but that's a whole nother story)

    Steve and Bedros,

    I absolutely love the three step process that you laid out for networking and getting people to like you...genius!

    Also, the whole bit about not being perfect. Too many trainers are viewed this way and it smells bad.

    The "If I can do it, you can do it" story to begin seminars...priceless.

    I have only just finished my PT training down under and found steve and bedros last week. i have been going thru this site like a maniac.

    Always great listening to both you Steve and Bedros - therapy for me too because you guys really "get it" whilst here in the UK, so few do!

    The opportunity lies in evolving the model from a 1-to-1 "personal" PT model to a 1-to-many "celebrity" CT model

    Where instead of "if i give this, I get that" employee-like (equal exchange) mindset - it demands a value exchange of more like 10-100X in return.

    Where you are then judged by the size of your client/customer base (market penetration) versus your hourly rate(client-centric vs ego-centric)

    And you attract rather than chase clients because it is so clear who you are, who you serve, and exactly what results they can expect (eg you are highly specialised)

    BUT information is plentiful! It's all in the packaging - qualities like inspiring, entertaining, the experience you provide etc

    Thank you! Well I'm not sure how many different ways we need to say it but group training,fitness bootcamps and / or partner training is almost a must if you want to leverage your time and increase profits simultaneously..without factoring the ecomony into the equation.:)
