How To Make 2012 A Massive Success!

Ya know, there are a few success factors that I've tested and proven time and time again for building HUGE boot camps and personal training studios (and an overall happy life).

In fact, I used the exact same "success secrets" I'm about to tell ya to:

1. Build my first personal training business to 21k a month with ZERO MARKETING in after 11 months.

2. Open the largest and most successful personal training studio in one of the most competitive markets (Orange County California)

3.  Grow 6 six-fig boot camps in 7 months.

4.  Completely revolutionize the boot camp industry.

5.  Co-created the largest boot camp franchise in the world.

Principle #1 "Get Uncomfortable" -
Nothing worth a damn happens in your business with you are snuggled up in your comfort zone.

Just like working out, you muscles respond to the stress you put on them.

If you keep doing the same weight, you plateau.

Your business is the same.

What can you do to get OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE in your business.

And trust me, the door you have to walk through to achieve your dreams is the uncomfortable one.

Principle #2 "Expect What You Want" - It's true, you get what you expect.

If you expect to close sales you will.

If you expect to get new clients you will.

If you think people suck, they will (You know what I mean!)

So take a good hard self look at what you expect...

Principle #3 "Stretch Yourself" - Right now, raise your hand as high as you can (seriously, do it)

Now, raise it just a little higher.

See, you can always stretch yourself a little more.

Principle #4 "Work On Your Fitness" - Don't get offended, I'm sure you're in awesome shape.

But if you're not at your best, seriously, work on your fitness.

It's more than just looking the part, it's LIVING the part.

If you don't think this has a huge effect on your business you kidding yourself.

Principle #5 "Don't Reinvent The Wheel" - The fastest way to get your business to where you want it to be is to find someone who's already do it and learn the formula from them.

Get a coach or a mentor who has ALREADY done what you are trying to do, it will make like a whole lot easier.

Principle #6 "Get Your Shit Done" - It all boils down to being productive.

And the best way to get your shit done is to work off of lists.

So the each night, before you go to bed, make a list of what you need to do the next day.

As soon as you jump out of bed and eat a healthy breakfast, start knocking out your list.

Principle #6 "Get An Assistant" - I'll make this one short and sweet.

If you try to do everything yourself, you become the bottle neck of your business.

Just trust me, get an assistant, your business will explode and you'll be waaaay less stressed and waaaay more happy.

Principle #7 "Write Your Goals On Paper" - Your 90% more likely to achieve your goals if your write them down.

So take ten minutes and put your goals on paper.

Principle #8 "Be Bold" - Know your program is the BEST.

Know you're the BEST.

You're not just "selling" a program.

You're selling best damned life changing program on earth!

So be bold.

Principle #9 "Raise Your Energy" - Here's what I mean.

Each workout pretend their was an MTV crew filming you for a contest to win 10 million dollars for the best boot camp session in the world.

Bring THAT energy each time and watch what happens!

Principle #10 "Appreciate" - Man, sometimes I see people getting so spoiled.

Look, we have it good.

Put it this way, when ever I "think" I'm having a bad day, I think of my friend Markus who got paralyzed from the neck down.

He's die for my worst day, and so would I if I were him.

So be in the state of appreciation and you'll attract way more awesomeness into your life.

How To Get 1-on-1 Trainers To Send You boot Camp referrals

Heeeey Steve here with a way out-of-the-box yet super simple way to grow your fitness boot camp.

Oh yeah, and this boot camp marketing strategy is not only EASY, but it takes ZERO outta pocket expense 🙂

I call it, The "1-on-1 Trainer Referral Creator"

So sit back and discover how to get 1-on-1 trainers to grow your fitness boot camp.

Strategy overview:

Their are probably a ton of 1-on-1 trainers in your area.

These trainers charge significantly higher prices than you.

However, a lot of people can't afford their rates, and since you charge significantly lower, this creates an interesting and mutually profitable opportunity.

Here's the step-by-step instructions:

Step 1 - Do a Google search to find 1-on-1 personal trainers in your area.

Step 2 - Contact those trainers and tell them that for the prospects that CAN'T afford their rates, you'd be willing to split the monthly recurring revenue for each boot camper that they refer to you.

Tell them that you charge $200 a month, so they would make $100 per month, on a recurring basis for each referral that signs up.

Five Boot Camp Building Strategies To Kick Off 2012 With A Bang

So after taking a week off, it's time for the first boot camp marketing blog post of 2012.

I'm going to show you five things you should be doing right now in your boot camp to 2012 with a bang!

Aaaand here we go...

#1 - Be cool!

Make absolutely sure that you are extra cool to people this year.

Surround yourself with POSITIVE people who support and believe in you.

If you have any toxic negative people in your life that try to get you to join their pity party just CUT THEM OUT.

Because when you feel good you attract good stuff, when you feel bad you attract bad stuff.

#2 - Build your email list!

As you may have seen on my Facebook wall, I've received dozens of text messages from coaching clients, Boot Camp Formula 5 members and Fit Body Boot Camp owners saying their boot camps were flooded with new clients from sending out my email promo's.

In face, I even got an email from someone saying they got over 100 new client from blasting out a single on of my email promos.

Here is one I shared on my blog last year called the 16 Day Sexy Slim Down that produced over $800,000 in new revenue for trainers.

It's my new years gift to you to use...

The 16 Day Sexy Slim Down

When prospects call to register, get their credit card info over the phone to reserve their spot and pay the $67… If they do not have their credit card on them tell them they can bring it in but you do not take cash or check, so they have to bring it to participate.

Once they come in on day one, have them pick the program that they will automatically continue on should they choose to stay on board after the 16 days are over.

Send email 1 out on Monday, send email 2 out on Wednesday and send email 3 out on Friday (The program starts on Monday) then send Email 4 out a week from Monday.

This email lets them know about your awesome new program…

Send this out on Monday (Email 1)

NOTE:  Be sure to ad the DATE, LOCATION and YOUR NUMBER in the places indicated below.

Subject: (Embarrassing) her pants fell off

Recently I did a little fat loss experiment with a few of my
clients and something REALLY EMBARRASSING happened
to one of them.

The 2012 Boot Camp Domination Check List

Each year with technology, social media and group marketing the game changes.

And if you're not "in the know" then you're in danger of missing out on massive revenue opportunities.

I didn't become the undisputed boot camp marketing authority by staying behind the curve, and if you want to get all the clients, money and freedom that you deserve from your boot camps, then you'll follow this top 10 check list.

1.  Facebook Viral Marketing - Grow your email list using the "Facebook Suck Out Method".

Importing from Facebook is super simple.

1- Click to go to Yahoo's Email Address Import Tool and click the Facebook icon.

2- Click 'Okay' for "Do you want to share your contacts with Yahoo!"

3- All your Facebook emails are now in Yahoo.

4 - Export contacts from Yahoo and upload them to your email blast service.

This is one of the easiest ways to grow your email list by the hundreds for free each month.

2. Monthly email promotions - Now that you're using the Facebook Suck Out Method to grow your email list, you should do an email promo every month.

One of my coaching clients and FBBC owner Marcia Inoue got 104 new boot campers in 72 hours with my Holiday Fat Buster email series.

So get out your 2012 Calendar, begin with January, and plan out 12 promos for for 2012.

3.  Use companies like Groupon and Living Social to boost your client base.

Now, you'll hear some people saying, "Don't do it, those deal sites suck."

Well, frankly I'm fine with them thinking that, more for the people I coach.

But the truth is, if you run your deal right it's like hitting a grand slam home run.

YOU HAVE to get the discount people's credit card before they come in.

And on their first day, you HAVE to get them to commit to a program unless they cancel.

Do it this way, and you'll be LOVING the deal of the day sites, do it another way and you may be in for  a nightmare.

4.  Learn from the best - Each year my pal Bedros puts on the business exploding event of the year called the Fitness Business Summit where the top dominators in the fitness industry share their most powerful client getting strategies, tactics and systems.

The most serious success minded fitness professionals from all around the world will be here to get the most cutting edge advantages to quantum leap their businesses forward in 2012.

5.  Focus "on" your boot camp more than "in" your boot camp - One of the first lessons I learned from my first mentor what the difference between working "in" your business and working "on" it.

When you're working "in" your business you're doing things like training clients, processing contracts, updating email lists, paying bills and stuff like that.

When you are doing those things you ARE NOT growing your business...

In fact, my first mentor taught me that a REAL BUSINESS can run without you, otherwise you own a job, which is better than working for someone, but it's not a business.

The Perfect Holiday Clients Fitness Gift

I don't know about you, but around this time of year I feel like I'm half working and half on vacation.

You feel me on that?

So the reason I'm writing you is because I've had a lot of fitness professionals ask me what they should get their clients as a holiday gift.

Especially for my coaching clients who have 100+ members, it can get pretty expensive if  you do this wrong.

So here is my pick for the perfect client holiday gift.

It's a silicone bracelet with your business name on it like one of those live strong ones.

The reason these are so cool is, well for one they cost you less than a buck to buy if you order in bulk.

And you can tie it into fitness benefits for your clients by telling that every time they look down at their wrist and see the wrist band it will remind them of their 2012 commitment to make healthy eating decisions and be consistent with their workouts....
